What Our Driving Students Learn
Everyone learns and retains information differently, so at Advance In Car Driver Training, we take a personal approach to teaching our adult in-car driver training program.
Rather than utilize a pat program that is essentially a “one size fits all” "YOU DRIVE, I RIDE" approach, we take the time and interest in the student to learn what it is that steers their interest, attitudes that affect not only how they drive, but how they might react in any given situation.
You may have noticed some of the following while driving with your student:
Your teen is somewhat aggressive behind the wheel. (speed awareness)
Your teen is easily intimidated by aggressive drivers.
Your teen learns and comprehends more quickly or slowly than others.
Your teen is fearful (making decisions in a timely manner)
Your teen has a visual style of learning
Your teen learns better with an audio style of teaching.
Your teen breaks with hard stops (poor coordination with the brake)
Your teen has difficulty maintaining lane positions (does not see the big Picture)
YOUR STUDENT NEEDS MORE PRACTICE IE;
THE 20 HOUR LOG SHEET, AND YOU ARE FEARFUL IN DEALING WITH IT IN THE FAMILY CAR (NO BRAKE).
ADVANCE understand that everyone can benefit by a personal one on one approach. That is the Advance way to adult driver training. We strive to give each student the best chance to drive with confidence and a Safety-First attitude.
